About

Newest Beginnings describes itself as a medspa and wellness center that combines aesthetic treatments with weight-loss services. It calls itself a one-stop shop for beauty, aesthetics and weight loss, and it has four clinics. The business says it serves patients from New Jersey, the New York metro area and Florida.

Every client starts with a consultation, and the free consultation comes before any treatment. Because the team tailors treatments to each person, some patients receive compounded medications when a standard option isn't a good fit. The site notes these are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed pharmacies. For weight loss, the business says board-certified professionals prescribe and monitor every treatment.

The service menu covers neurotoxins such as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Daxxify, plus hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm for the cheeks, under the eyes and lips. Botox treatment areas listed include the forehead, between the brows, crow's feet, lip flip, gummy smile, masseters, neck bands, shoulder slimming and underarm sweating, and results are described as typically lasting three to six months. The site calls Botox a cost-effective alternative to brow lifts and face lifts.

PRP uses the patient's own blood, spun to separate the platelets before injection, and it is offered for fine lines, dull skin, minor scars and hair restoration. It is often combined with microneedling, and the business notes that several treatments may be needed, that results are not permanent, and that maintenance appointments are typically needed every four to six months or as necessary. Scarlet RF microneedling uses radio-frequency energy to tighten skin and improve texture.

Locations differ slightly. Manalapan sits on the Route 9 corridor with parking directly in front of the suite, accessible entry and a warm, spa-like setting; its clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, closed on weekends. Jersey City is at Journal Square in the same building as a Blink Fitness, a short walk from the PATH station. Boca Raton has free plaza parking and ground-level entry. Greenacres has plaza parking and building access to a second-floor suite. Phone lines are Manalapan (732) 362-7995, Jersey City (201) 575-9975, Greenacres (561) 462-3252 and Boca Raton (561) 449-8629.

For payment, the clinics accept FSA and HSA funds and offer payment plans through Cherry, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Gift cards are also available. A Trustindex badge lists a 4.9 score for 2026 based on Google reviews over the past 12 months, and the business describes itself as a top-rated clinic in New Jersey and Florida.

Each client begins with a consultation so treatments can be tailored, with physicians overseeing medical care.

The Manalapan setting is described as warm and spa-like.
