The core of the business is tanning. Clients choose from a range of UV tanning levels, sunless spray booths and customized or express airbrush tans. The salon says it tailors a tanning program to each client's needs, and that experienced staff guide people through the process and answer questions. Airbrush tanning is by appointment only and is offered at both Manhattan and Howard Beach. Sessions use stand-up airbrush equipment, and the solution is described as paraben-free, gluten-free, nut-allergen-free and vegan. The business recommends booking a few days ahead of an event, since the best color is said to hold for the first three days, and it sells a pre-tan exfoliating spray and a post-tan color seal.
The Upper West Side location offers cryotherapy, using a whole-body chamber for sessions of about three minutes. Clients are provided a robe, socks, slippers and gloves, and must remove jewelry and exterior metal or body piercings beforehand. The site recommends at least ten sessions in the first month, then one or two a week or fewer for maintenance. Clients under 18 need parental consent and a parent present.
Howard Beach is the only location with Cool Slimming, a non-invasive cryolipolysis treatment the salon calls its latest body contouring option, priced by the number of applicators, and laser hair removal, also priced by applicator count. Both are by appointment. Laser hair removal usually takes several sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart, and some clients receive a numbing gel first.
The salon customizes each tanning program to the client, with trained staff guiding the process and recommending products for skin type and post-tan care.
