New Skin by Lynn is a boutique medical aesthetics practice in downtown San Mateo, led by aesthetic nurse Lynn Adami, who serves as lead injector. Charles DiSanto, DO, is the physician medical director, and every treatment is performed under physician oversight, as California law requires. The practice describes its care as personalized, clinically informed and delivered one-on-one, and says most of its new clients arrive through referrals.

A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, where the team looks at concerns, skin type, facial structure and volume before proposing a plan. Pre and post care instructions are available in Spanish, and the practice publishes guides for microneedling, tox, the Rejuran i eye treatment, VI Peel and wellness injections.

Skin treatments include a signature microneedling session of 90 minutes at $475, performed with the Dermapen 4 or the 1Need Pro. An exosome add-on, V-Hacker by Promoitalia, can be applied right after the microneedling pass, and the exosome-enhanced version takes about 60 to 75 minutes with a topical numbing cream applied first. Chemical peels take 45 minutes and cost $325, VI Peel resurfacing is offered, and a 30-minute TCA CROSS acne scar treatment costs $100. Other options include an Aerolase Neo Elite laser session of one hour starting at $400, mole and skin tag removal starting at $100, plasma skin rejuvenation starting at $475, a Rejuran PN salmon sperm facial and exosome regenerative therapy at $650 each.

Injectable and eye services include tox injections with Botox, Jeuveau or Xeomin, priced by area or preference, with a touch-up offered two weeks after treatment at no minimum charge. Dermal fillers and biostimulation take two hours and start at $650, and a Radiesse and Belotero hybrid can be done in one session. Lip filler and Bacio lips start at $375, hand rejuvenation and body contouring start at $700, and non-surgical blepharoplasty costs $800 for one hour. A Plexr non-surgical neck lift takes two hours and costs $1,500. The booking menu also lists Kenalog injection.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and gift cards and an online shop are offered. No-shows and cancellations made under 24 hours ahead are charged $50. Wellness injections are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and a six-for-five package makes the sixth session free. Before microneedling, clients need to have stopped Accutane at least six months earlier and avoided IPL and laser treatments for at least two weeks, and the skin should be clean with no makeup, lotion, oil, perfume or sunscreen on the day.
