About

New Nails Spa runs as a full-service salon and spa on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach. Its services are grouped into acrylic, nails, manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyelash extensions, extras and men's services.

The manicure and pedicure menu is the core of a visit. A classic manicure includes a warm hand soak, nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a hand and arm massage, and polish in the color the client picks. The classic pedicure begins with a sea salt whirlpool soak and adds callus removal, heel care and a light foot massage. The pedicure chairs are spa-style.

For a longer session, the Nuskin Deluxe Pedicure builds on the classic pedicure using Nuskin products, then adds an extended foot and lower leg massage and a hot towel wrap.

The men's waxing menu covers the eyebrows, lips, chin and sideburns. Eyelash extensions come in short, medium and long lengths, and the extras menu includes color changes on hands or toes, French nails, shapes and removal. The salon's about page also lists dipping powder, organic gel and facials among its services.

The salon states that its services are performed by highly trained and licensed staff, and it describes itself as focused on being the best in the industry. Clients can ask for a call to speak with a specific stylist.

No refunds are given for services or gift certificates. Services carry a 3-day quality guarantee, during which repairs may be done free of charge at the salon's discretion. Repairs after that window, or for damage not caused by an application or chemistry error or beyond normal wear, carry an additional charge. Clients running late should notify the salon with an estimated arrival time. Arriving 5 minutes late shortens the service to fit the booked time, such as skipping nail art, and arriving 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. Exceptions for unforeseen circumstances are handled by speaking with the salon directly.
