About

Waxing is the core of the menu, covering the face, brows, underarms, arms, back, chest, stomach, legs and the bikini and Brazilian areas, with add-ons such as butt strips and extended bikini lines. A Vagacial can be added to a bikini or Brazilian wax starting at $90. It includes a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, an ingrown hair treatment and soothing serums. The age-defying glow facial, at $100 and 60 minutes, combines resurfacing and hydration with antioxidant products and a neck, shoulder and hand massage.

Brows and lashes are offered on their own or bundled with waxing. A brow lamination lift lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. Lash tint lasts around two weeks with proper home care, and lash lifts can be combined with a tint. Bundles pair brow and lip waxing or Brazilian and underarm waxing, with larger combinations that add a full butt wax or brows and lip.

Packages are a central part of pricing. Several waxes come as nine-visit packages, where nine visits are paid for and three are free, and existing package holders have their credits applied automatically at checkout. The business describes its packages as money-saving and invites clients to message for details. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for a later date, but they are final once sold. New clients pay a deposit for several services, including brow lamination, lash lifts, full face and leg waxing.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given through the Glossgenius app, by phone or by email, to avoid a fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. After that the visit is marked as a no-call, no-show, 50% of the service cost is charged, and the appointment must be rebooked after payment.
