XERF is a multifrequency monopolar radiofrequency treatment for skin tightening and reducing facial and neck sagging. It involves no numbing, needles or downtime, and two initial sessions of 30 to 60 minutes are typically recommended. Some tightening may be visible right away, with further improvement over three to six months. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid sun and tanning for two to four weeks and to stop retinoids and exfoliating acids five to seven days ahead, and SPF 50 or higher is asked for throughout the series.

Visits are by appointment only and can be booked online.
