The main model is renting the operating room to surgeons, by the hour, in half-day or full-day blocks, or on recurring weekly or monthly schedules. The rental is not a long-term lease or medical sublease. Core supplies, sterilization and essential equipment are provided, and surgeons can bring specialized instruments and select team members. Board-certified anesthesia providers are included in every procedure, and the facility supplies nursing and patient support staff.

The suite includes an operating room, a recovery room described as licensed and equipped with nursing support and monitoring, dedicated consultation rooms, and pre-op and post-op spaces. There is a waiting area, WiFi, private restrooms and on-site supplies. The operating room holds AAAHC accreditation, according to the site. Surgeons may film or photograph procedures for education or marketing, with the right permissions and in line with HIPAA.
