Every wig is customized from base construction to the final cut. Women's fittings cover sizing, color matching, texture and density, and the studio offers luxury and natural-looking styles for medical, cosmetic and everyday use. It describes its specialty as high-end lifestyle wigs alongside everyday wigs at more accessible prices. Men's wigs are fitted to the client's measurements, with a customized hairline and color matched to existing hair or a chosen style. Children's wigs are made from lightweight materials with adjustable caps. Private consultations are one-on-one and confidential, usually lasting between 45 minutes and an hour. For hair loss, the consultation includes head and hairline measurements and color matching to the client's complexion before a custom-built piece is made. The studio works with clients experiencing alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss or general thinning, and it has partnerships with local hospitals and cancer support groups. Most fittings and first customizations take one to two hours. Clients can also get product recommendations based on wig type, how often the wig is worn and comfort preferences. After the wig is made, maintenance keeps it in shape. Most clients book professional maintenance every four to six weeks, which includes detangling, humidity-proof styling, conditioning treatments, shape restoration and careful drying. Children's wigs usually need resizing or replacement every six to twelve months as the child grows. The studio states that a well-made custom wig can last one to three years or longer with professional maintenance and careful handling.
