Electrolysis works by inserting a fine probe into the hair follicle and applying a low current. The level is adjusted to the hair type and the area being treated. Sessions last from 15 minutes up to more than an hour depending on the area, and the number of treatments needed differs from client to client. The business's own description calls electrolysis the only method it considers permanent for all hair types.
Each client begins with a personal, confidential consultation, and a treatment plan is designed around that client's hair removal needs. The first 15-minute consultation and mini treatment is free, subject to terms and conditions. The business names client safety, confidentiality, comfort and successful treatment as its top priorities.
Infection control follows hospital sterilization methods. Probes are single-use and sterile, reusable instruments go through steam sterilization in an autoclave, forceps are sterile, and disposable gloves are used.
Each client gets a personal, confidential consultation and a treatment plan designed for their hair removal needs, with safety, comfort and confidentiality as stated priorities.
