The studio's focus includes curly hair care, where the Curly Signature Haircut is customized for curly texture, and vivid color transformations, including the Vivid Color Overlay for refreshing fashion tones on hair that has been colored before. Custom creative color is offered in several sizes, from a mini session to a full all-over service. Children's haircuts are a regular part of the work, and children are welcome to join a parent's appointment if they can stay seated, since the suite is small and hair can be slippery.

Cash and Zelle are preferred, and cards, contactless payments, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are also accepted. The Nevermore Coven loyalty program earns 5 echoes for every $1 spent.
