The studio focuses on eyelash extensions. Classic sets apply extensions one by one to each natural lash, and clients can choose from several curl patterns, lengths and thicknesses. A hybrid set mixes single lashes with volume fans, giving a result a little fuller than classic but lighter than a full volume set. A volume set places two to five ultra fine extensions on each natural lash for a denser look.

Full sets take about two hours, and refills about one hour. Refills are only offered for extensions the studio applied. Volume refills need to be booked within two to three weeks, otherwise the appointment is treated as a full set. Extensions typically last around four to six weeks, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks unless the technician advises otherwise. If shedding becomes heavy, which often happens after two or three refills, a removal followed by a new full set may be needed.

Before a first set, clients can book a 30-minute allergy consultation. Extension removal takes about 30 minutes and removes any lash extensions, including those applied elsewhere. The studio does not apply extensions over another technician's work, so a removal has to be added to the booking in that case.

Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $28 at the time of online booking, plus a $3 online card fee. The balance is paid by cash, card or Cash App, with a $3 surcharge on swiped cards in the salon. Clients should arrive with clean lashes or a $10 lash bath fee applies. Arriving 10 minutes late carries a $10 late fee, and arrivals 15 minutes or more late lead to cancellation and a new booking fee. Guests are not permitted at appointments, and questions are best sent by text before booking because calls are not answered during lashing.
