Neu Skin is run by Elizabeth Bentley, a holistic esthetician and health coach who serves clients in Austin. The business takes a whole-body view of skin care and describes its work as supporting healthy skin in organic ways. It also runs an online store that ships skin care from several brands.

Facials are individualized. Before a treatment, Elizabeth assesses the client's skin care needs and considers underlying factors such as hormones, seasonal changes, medications, previous cosmetic procedures, gut, liver and thyroid health, and lifestyle. Home skin care and lifestyle guidance are offered alongside in-person visits, and virtual skin consultations are available.

The menu includes the Express Glow facial, the Acne Facial, which includes gentle extractions and a 30-minute blue LED treatment with Celluma, the Deluxe Elemental Facial, which is adjusted to the skin on the day, and the CO2Lift carboxytherapy treatment with a cooling ice roller and CO2Lift mask. The Natural Facelift is a manual lifting treatment that is most effective as a series spaced about 10 days apart, followed by monthly maintenance. It must be booked directly with Elizabeth and is not suitable for people with epilepsy or active inflamed acne.

Clients who have had a peel, a medical resurfacing laser, microneedling or another treatment that alters the skin barrier are asked to wait at least 4 weeks before a facial. Clients who have had Botox or filler are asked to wait 10 days to 2 weeks. In-person appointments are often booked months ahead, and cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are not accepted. Tips are optional and offered at checkout.

Neu Skin aims to balance the skin naturally and to support the skin's microbiome and protective barrier, using organic products and treatments.
