Braid options range from knot-less boxed braids and natural-part knotted braids with curly ends to a braided ponytail with curly accents and a Nation Twist. Appointment lengths vary a great deal by style, from about 50 minutes for a single or two strand twist with style to more than five hours for small knot-less boxed braids. Each braid listing notes whether hair is included and roughly how long the style is expected to last.

Loc services include starter locs with custom loc placement, shampoo and leave-in conditioner, along with retwists with or without a style. The starter service includes a short introduction to cleansing and upkeep. Kings and Queens loc services are listed separately, with different prices and visit lengths.

Children's services are offered as in-home salon visits. Options include a 5 and under service for braids, twists or updos, children's loc retwists, deluxe recital buns and braided styles with hair added. Children's prices apply to clients 12 and under. Every children's style includes a pre-style shampoo, conditioner and a blow dry or custom curl cream, and one snack and drink.

The salon has a few booking rules to know about. An appointment is not final until the client receives a confirmation email, and deposits are non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes early or late could lead to cancellation. Changes to a booked service can be discussed up to 48 hours ahead, and questions raised after booking are answered on the day of the visit. Services not listed on the booking page can be requested by text or social media.

Children's services are provided as in-home salon visits.
