Color and blonding are the core of the menu. The Lived In Color balayage is described as low-maintenance, lasting about 4 to 6 months. Gloss can deposit color or cancel unwanted tones from root to end. A full color applies color from roots to ends and does not include highlights. Root retouches cover grey with permanent color or blend it with demi-permanent color, though lightener retouches are not included. An express root retouch is for existing clients only, covers roots only, and asks clients to arrive with clean hair.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Extension consultations are complimentary, take 30 minutes, and cover hair history, goals, pricing and upkeep for keratin K-Tip, invisible weft and tape-in extensions. Tape-in install and retape is for current clients only and includes removal, a clarifying wash, blow dry, retape, reinstall, cutting and styling, but excludes color or lightening. Tape-in removal is open to current and new clients, and weft removal is priced per row.

New clients can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to talk through color goals, pricing and policies. Cards on file are required for booking. Appointment changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of half the booked service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service and must pay before rebooking. Missed consultations are charged $25. Grace is given for true emergencies when the salon is told promptly. Late arrivals shorten the appointment. Extra guests are not allowed because the suite is small, and children are only brought along if arranged in advance. Cuts are offered for ages 12 and up, and short cuts such as pixies and clipper cuts are not a specialty.
