New clients book an in-person consultation before any hair color service. The 50-minute general consultation and the one-hour in-person consultation for natural hair both cost $45.

Hair bundles can be bought through the business by email or text at least one week before an appointment. If a bundle or wig is out of stock, clients are asked to allow 10 business days for it to arrive. Bundles and wigs bought elsewhere need to be dropped off a week ahead for some services, such as double process color on extensions.

Lash training is also offered: a classic class and a volume class, each 5 hours 30 minutes at $550, with volume requiring the classic course first. A two-day Lash Master class is $750 for day one, which covers classic sets, and day two covers volume sets. The business says the Lash Master class lets students become a Certified Lash Tech. The site notes that no license is needed for the classes but is needed to work as a full lash tech.
