Treatment is tailored to each client and adjusted as the client responds during the course of care. A visit usually begins with an esthetic consultation, where diagnostic tools assess the skin and shape a plan. Before and after photos are taken of procedures, and staff call patients afterward to check on their care and results. Injection visits take about an hour at the spa. Consultations are requested through an online form, and the team then reaches out to discuss candidacy and options.

Services are spread across locations. The Tempe location offers the medical spa treatments, weight loss programs are offered in Tempe and Peoria, and hormone balance and anti-aging care is available for women and men. Payment can be made in cash or by credit or debit card, and elective treatments can be financed in-house, subject to credit approval, or through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

Laser hair removal begins with a consultation with the laser technician and typically takes three to ten sessions spaced five to eight weeks apart. Clients stop waxing, tweezing and chemical depilatories six weeks beforehand, shave in the meantime, and avoid sun and tanning for two to three weeks before and during treatment. Patients who have used Accutane must stop at least one year before any procedure.

Treatments are customized to each client rather than following one standard plan, and the plan is adjusted as the client responds. Health and wellness care follows an anti-aging and functional medicine model that looks at underlying causes.
