The complex aims to be centrally located and modern for clients, with a relaxed, creative feel for the professionals who rent there. Each suite includes rent, all utilities, wifi, laundry room access, a break area and 24-hour access through a personal PIN. Listed weekly rates are $170 for Suite 2 and $180 for Suites 3 and 5. Lease requests are made through an inquiry form on the site.
