The salon puts weight on education and on helping stylists grow toward their full potential. Clients choose a stylist and book through that stylist's own booking page, and the prices shown are starting prices, with exact rates set by each stylist. Stylists can rent a booth to run their own business, or join one of several membership plans at any career level, on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Stylists have private storage, WiFi, client beverages, towel service, 24/7 building access and a locked styling station of their own. They also get back bar styling products, access to a color dispensary, client color robes and locker storage.

Among the services, the CBD Charged Blowout is the one the salon highlights most. It combines a CBD shampoo wash, a CBD head massage, a CBD molecular treatment, and a charged blowout with styling, and the salon describes it as the first of its kind in Chicago. Hair extension services cover Halocouture, Klix, tape-in and Bellami volume wefts, and the salon also sells its products through an online store that ships to homes.
