The first visit, called the New Guest Service Experience, begins with a consultation, followed by a customized color service, a curated haircut, an aromatherapy scalp massage, and a personalized styling lesson with product recommendations. Guests also get a complimentary beverage, a styling session, and an optional Instagram photo opportunity, and the visit ends with at-home styling and maintenance tips and a plan for the next appointment.

Color is the core of the work, with a focus on blonding and dimensional color that looks lived-in and needs little upkeep. Services include root touch-ups for guests covering natural hair with less than two inches of outgrowth, all-over color for guests new to coloring or who have gone more than 12 months without it, and partial or full highlights. Cuts for men and women are also offered.

Hair extensions are offered as hand-tied, tape-in, and k-tip styles, and a consultation is required before booking. Bridal hair and makeup concierge service includes travel to the wedding venue and a detailed timeline for the day, with pricing quoted by inquiry based on date.
