Nelly's Studio

Nelly's Studio is located in Suite 100 at 18321 W Airport Blvd in Richmond, Texas 77407, and is open Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. It is closed Wednesday through Friday. Clients can reach the studio by phone or email.

Booking requires a credit or debit card and a $50 deposit that is non-refundable, though it can be applied to rescheduling an appointment. The deposit is refunded in full only when the studio itself has to move an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or who do not show up, are charged 50% of the appointment price. Same-day rescheduling is free if it is done before the appointment time.

Appointments run on a grace period of 15 minutes. After 20 minutes the appointment is canceled and 50% of the service fee is charged. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are blocked from booking future appointments. Styles can take longer than the estimated time, so clients should leave extra room in their schedule.

Hair needs to be at least 4 inches long to be booked. Clients who do not want a wash should arrive with hair already washed, detangled and blow dried.

Booking and cancellation terms are set out clearly in advance, and a complimentary wash comes with every service.
