Each client moves through five steps: an assessment, a personalized plan, the treatment itself, homecare using medical-grade products, and a follow-up where the plan is adjusted. The studio says its method rests on science, personalization, education and follow-up.

Much of the menu focuses on acne and its aftermath. Options include a standard acne facial, a back facial for back breakouts and congestion, the Nelav Acne Reset Method for active acne and post-acne marks, and the NELAV Clear Back Method for back texture and marks. An acne facial can also be combined with SkinPen microneedling for visible acne scarring, and scar repair with radiofrequency microneedling is offered in small, medium and large areas.
