Neko Esthetics operates from a suite on Bedford Road in Bedford, Texas, and is open Wednesday through Sunday. Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and 10 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday. The business is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The lash menu is split into custom and creative options. A Custom Full Set ($140, about 165 minutes) includes one extra color and wispy or spike accents, while a Creative Full Set ($160, about 210 minutes) suits clients who want more than one accent color or a full color set. Fills are booked two to three weeks after a full set: a Custom Fill ($100, about 105 minutes) needs at least 40 to 50 percent of the existing lashes to remain, and a Creative Fill ($110, about 120 minutes) needs at least half. If too few lashes remain, a full set is needed instead. Lash Flash sets are cat-inspired, offered in five options from $100, and take 180 minutes or more. Removal with a gel remover applied to the lash bases costs $25 and takes 30 minutes.

Opal Free lashes are UV cured, acrylate free and plant based. They are offered in two options starting at $120, taking 90 minutes or more. Clients who have reacted to other lash adhesives are advised to book a $25 patch test first, which takes 30 minutes and is credited toward a full set; a failed patch test is refunded. The business notes that an esthetician or cosmetologist cannot diagnose an acrylate allergy.

Waxing services are quick: lip wax ($8, 10 minutes), nose wax ($10, 10 minutes, where not all hairs are removed), brow wax ($20, 15 minutes, with brows waxed and tweezed) and underarm wax ($20, 10 minutes). Nose wax is not recommended for people with severe allergies. A 15-minute scalp massage for $20 can be added to any service.

One client review on the site praises the esthetician's lash and waxing work and accommodating service. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations, and missed appointments after a 10-minute grace period, are charged the full booked amount, and repeat no-shows must settle outstanding fees before booking again. Extra guests are only allowed if agreed in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
