Facials booked ahead of a birthday, vacation or photo shoot need at least three days' notice, so that extractions can be scheduled if they are needed. Clients who have had eyelash extensions applied recently are asked not to come in for a facial, because steam can loosen the extensions.
Teens are welcome, and parents are encouraged to attend appointments with them. The studio also makes its own natural organic soap. The esthetician states that they are not a dermatologist, so skin concerns are handled as esthetic care rather than medical treatment.
