Her work centers on curly and textured hair. Curly haircuts are offered in two versions, one for fine hair and one for thick hair, and each includes a consultation, a cut, clarifying, conditioning and a one-on-one lesson in styling the curls at home. Curly highlights come in partial and full versions, with foils placed to suit each client, and a cut can be added to either one.
Color services cover grey coverage, all-over color with toner, and correction of earlier color or a full change from roots to ends. Returning clients can book a shorter curly shape-up, which does not include a wash or style and asks that hair arrive dry and detangled. A curly wash-and-style and a blow dry with hot tools are also offered.
The studio aims to make every client feel welcome, and Neha Deo adapts her own techniques to the hair type in front of her.
