Neem Medical Spa Salem

Neem Medical Spa is run under physician oversight and sees clients at four practices: Lynnfield, Winchester, Chestnut Hill and Salem, New Hampshire. Its founder and medical director is a board-certified internal medicine physician who also leads the Boston practice. The business describes itself as a leader in med spa care and its own philosophy as Beauty Anchored in Wellness. The site shows a 4.7-star average from 89 reviews and a 2026 winner badge for an award it calls NEEM BONS.

A visit usually begins with a consultation, which costs $100 and is non-refundable, though it can be applied to a service booked within six months. The practice then lays out a plan that addresses immediate concerns and a longer-term treatment and skin care routine. Virtual consultations are available for anyone who wants to start from home or the office. A $50 deposit is taken when a first service is booked, and a credit card is kept on file for each client. Payment is due at the visit, checks are not accepted, and interest-free monthly payments are available through CareCredit and Affirm.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and Monday appointments must be cancelled by Saturday at 2 PM. A $50 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. Arriving 15 minutes or more late can shorten the appointment, and the practice may reschedule the service. If a series is stopped partway, the unused treatments are credited on a pro-rated basis for future services, not products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Each location has its own feel. The Lynnfield practice sits in a small, mostly residential suburb about 30 minutes north of Boston, and the site describes its setting as luxurious and serene. Winchester is midway between Cambridge and Lexington in a Colonial-era town and serves men and women of all ages in a calm, pampering setting. The Salem, New Hampshire practice, in the Tuscan Village development, has a European-inspired atmosphere with a community feel and adds wellness services such as a cold plunge, infrared sauna and Normatec 3 leg recovery. The Chestnut Hill practice is now open.

The signature menu includes Neem Secret, which combines RF microneedling with thread lift techniques, a multi-step 10-Step Acne Treatment, a Liquid Facelift, the Fountain of Youth facial, Skin Smoothie, and weight loss options including Semaglutide and a weight loss consultation. Men have their own set of treatments that includes hair restoration, body contouring, fillers, BOTOX and laser hair removal.

The practice designs personalized treatment plans based on skin type and cosmetic concerns, moving from a consultation to a plan that includes a long-term regimen. Its three-step method, called Foundation, Fill and Finish, pairs laser therapy, Sofwave and microneedling with dermal fillers and then BOTOX and topicals. The stated aim is to bring out each client's personal best in a safe, relaxing setting using current aesthetic medicine technology.

The site describes its treatment rooms as serene and spa-like, with the Lynnfield setting described as luxurious.
