The menu is built around adult braiding. Knotless braids come in several versions, including a bohemian knotless style, a shoulder-length boho knotless style, and knotless braids finished with human hair ends. Other adult options are box braids, feed-in braids (cornrows), small braids, twists and gypsy braids. Sew-ins are offered under extensions, and there are separate listings for kids (ages 8 and up) and teens.

Clients can book through the business's booking page. Braid prices include the braiding hair, and human hair is not included unless it is requested in advance, subject to color availability. Gypsy and bohemian styles with human hair require a text before booking. Short hair and small braids are best booked two to three days ahead. Maintenance visits cover take downs and touch ups.

Deposits are required to hold a booking, and short hair deposits start at $100 and go up to $150 depending on the style. The balance is paid on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations should be made by calling the business directly, and rescheduling is handled case by case. A no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook. Consultations during regular working hours are free, while a separate consultation by appointment carries a $50 fee paid through Zelle and is not booked online.
