It also offers quick weaves with closures or frontals, frontal and double frontal ponytails, and touch-ups for work the stylist has done.
Installs use a new wig or new bundles, and clients can arrive with their hair already braided, though that is not required. Relays need the wig to be off the head at the appointment. Ponytail appointments ask that hair be washed and blow dried beforehand, and the double frontal version can include a pinned-up bun if the client brings pins. Appointment lengths range from about an hour for a closure relay to around three and a half hours for a frontal quick weave.
Booking is by appointment, with a small non-refundable deposit confirmed after approval through Cash App or in cash before the visit. The deposit is a placeholder and is not applied to the service price. Wigs must be dropped off ahead of time; clients who cannot drop a wig off pay an added same-day lace fee. The stylist texts a day before to confirm. Children and extra guests are not permitted, so only the client and stylist attend. Same-day bookings are possible if the client contacts the stylist first, and squeeze-ins carry an extra charge. Late arrivals beyond a short grace period pay a late fee, and appointments are canceled after an hour.
