The salon places a high value on sanitation. It follows State Board practices, uses single-use files and buffers that are thrown away after each client, and washes and disinfects its stainless-steel implements and bits after every use, along with its surfaces and tubs. Products are chosen for each client and are at least 5-free and low to no fume. The salon does not use acrylic or SNS dips.
The menu runs from basic and gel manicures to builder gel, gel extensions, French and nail art. Pedicures include a PodoSafe callus-care option, a basic and a luxury service, and kids' services. Wellness pedicures address problem nails and foot care, and a first wellness visit takes 70 to 90 minutes. Before a wellness visit, clients can text, email or message a photo of the problem area. Nail art clients can send inspiration photos ahead so the appointment time and fee can be set. Clients may be referred to a podiatrist or another medical professional for concerns outside the salon's scope.
Gel removal is booked as an add-on, because a visit without it may leave less time for the full service. The salon does not work over other people's work, may decline a service if a nail or skin condition could put clients at risk, and charges for repairs requested more than 48 hours after a service.
A credit card on file is needed to secure an appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged the full amount, and clients with an unpaid charge are not booked again. A 10-minute grace period applies; arrivals more than 15 minutes late count as no-shows and may be charged at the salon's discretion. The salon accepts cash, Venmo and credit cards.
