The luxury sets combine shorter lashes between longer ones and finish with a primer. The Wispy Hybrid, Wispy Volume and Wispy Mega Volume sets each have their own length range and take between 1 hour 35 minutes and 2 hours 45 minutes. The Wispy Hybrid is suggested for everyday wear, casual outings, birthdays, weddings and vacations, while the Wispy Volume is suggested for birthdays, weddings and vacations.

The standard sets are labeled Vol 1, Vol 2 and Vol 3. Vol 1 is a natural-look set with some added volume, which the business also calls the New Hybrid, and uses lengths of 12 to 15mm. Vol 2 is a fuller volume set and Vol 3 is a mega volume set that is a little lighter than the Wispy Mega Volume. Vol 2 and Vol 3 are both suggested for travel, photoshoots, birthdays and special events.

Refills require at least half of the existing lashes to still be in place. When booking, clients are asked to note the type of set they previously had in the additional comments. Fill appointments take between 1 hour and 1 hour 50 minutes depending on the set. Bottom lashes are also offered on their own, taking 30 minutes for $15.
