Each professional works as an independent business and sets their own prices, services and schedule, so prices vary by technician. Other beauty providers, not only nail artists, work from private suites, and booths or suites are available to rent. Clients can park for free.

Most professionals take bookings through the salon's Vagaro page, while some use their own booking pages. Walk-ins are accepted when an artist is free but are not guaranteed, and same-day availability can be checked by phone. Technicians are typically available seven days a week from 6am to 11pm, though hours are set by each technician. Children under 10 may come in only when they are being serviced, and each artist sets their own cancellation and no-show policy, where fees may apply.
