Booking runs on a few set rules. New clients fill out a new client form before being contacted about openings or placed on the wait list. No deposit is needed to hold an appointment, though missed appointments without a phone call may lead to deposits, and the salon may require deposits at any time. Changes or cancellations should be made at least two hours ahead to avoid a penalty, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a charge of 50 percent of the scheduled service and a new booking. Available times are often posted in Instagram Stories, and Sunday and evening slots tend to fill quickly. New client information and aftercare instructions are sent when a visit is booked.
