Laser hair removal is performed on a LightSheer DESIRE system made by Lumenis, which the business describes as state-of-the-art. Every laser client has an initial consultation first, where candidacy is assessed and side effects and informed consent are explained. Radiofrequency, ultrasound and micro current are offered for skin tightening and lifting. A consultation with an intake form and skin analysis is recommended before the first skin treatment.

Booking is governed by a few firm rules. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation is charged the full appointment amount, payable before the next visit, and a missed appointment without notice is charged as a no-show. If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened, but the full session is still charged.

Treatment settings are tailored by medical staff and nurses to each client's skin type, hair and laser strength, with a consultation before laser work begins.
