Visits usually begin with a consultation, since new color clients need to contact the salon or book one before any color service. Online booking is available, and the studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Valet parking is available at the Capital Hilton, and the Executive Building garage is entered from the alley off K or L Street.

Signature offerings include full and partial highlights, Milbon and QOAT treatments, and Brazilian Blowouts for frizz. Color corrections and bleach and tone are handled by consultation.

The studio builds its work around teamwork and collaboration, with a focus on helping each client reach the hair they want.
