A new client's first visit is the Signature Skin Wellness Exam and Consultation, an in-office appointment of about 80 minutes priced at $189 and paid in advance. It includes a review of skin care history and data from diagnostic equipment, including the OBSERV 520, Illuminative Skin Scope, Courage+Khazaka MC750 and Visioscope PC35, and ends with a personalized care plan. Clients complete pre-screening documents and consent forms beforehand. A 30-minute follow-up after that exam is complimentary. Progress is re-evaluated across products, home care and in-office services.

Appointments are booked in advance; in-office visits can be booked through the website at any time. Virtual TeleEsthetics consultations are offered on Mondays only, and clients pay, email their forms, and are then contacted to schedule. Product recommendations are made only after a consultation, and dermaviduals prescriptive skin care is not sold on the website.
