Facials are named treatments, each 60 minutes: Chill, Clear, Defy, Nourish, Prenatal and Caffeine & Peptide Smoothing Gua Sha. Each uses its own mix of techniques and botanical ingredients, such as lymphatic massage, LED light, cryotherapy ice globes or stainless steel gua sha. Facial enhancements such as dermaplaning, microcurrent and LED therapy can be added to a facial. Massages come in 60- or 90-minute versions, including a deep tissue Defy massage, a Swedish-style Nourish massage and a Couples massage held in a Couple's Suite. The House Call massage is a personalized treatment delivered under sanitization and hospitality protocols. The oncology care menu includes facials, massages and short scalp and sole rituals for people undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. The site states that all licensed estheticians and massage therapists are certified in oncology treatment after intensive coursework, and that the oncology formulas were reviewed with oncology care experts for use during treatment. It also says a partnership with Mount Sinai provides complimentary massages to patients receiving chemotherapy. Several oncology treatments are offered at 15 or 60 minutes.

Wellness programs are booked directly with the partner Best Life-ing. Options include half-day and full-day Spa & Soul experiences, a half-day Rapid Rejuvenation with sound healing meditation, Custom Wellness Day sessions that can be private or group, and Multi-Day Retreats of two to five days. Accommodation is not included in retreats but can be arranged with local hotel partners. The salon also carries its own skincare line, covering face cleansers, moisturizers, serums, facial oils, masks and body care. According to the brand's website, the formulas are free of ingredients it considers toxins, ingredients are sourced with sustainability and responsibility in mind, and products are manufactured in the United States in glass or recycled packaging wherever that is possible.
