The Mermaid Facial was developed in Italy and combines dermaplaning, microneedling and a serum containing PDRN, a DNA building block taken from salmon milt. The spa recommends a series of four sessions, spaced two to three weeks apart. The full treatment covers face, neck, eyes and lips for $1,000, and each part can also be booked on its own: face $500, neck $350, the BACIO lip treatment $150 and the light eyes treatment $200. The business lists benefit figures for the treatment, including up to a 115% increase in deep hydration and a 47% increase in collagen production; these are its own claims.

Facials range from a 45-minute mini facial to a 60 to 90 minute European-style custom facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation and massage and can be tailored toward anti-aging, deep cleansing or collagen needs. Group facials come to the client's home, hotel, office or event venue for $100 per person, with a minimum of five people, and are offered only in the Chicago area and its suburbs. Customized package deals bundle treatments to lower the cost per session; clients are asked to contact the spa for details.
