NaturallyFly Studio is owned and operated by Piper Williams, who handles the services at the studio. The menu is built around nails, from gel and waterless manicures to steam and classic pedicures, along with a range of waxing from brows and lips to full Brazilian and male intimate services.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A waterless manicure takes at least an hour and covers cuticle work, nail trimming, shaping and massage. The steam pedicure is a no-soak option that uses steam and heated towels with a paraffin alternative wrap, and the traditional pedicure includes a soak, callus and cuticle work, a scrub, a mask, hot oil and polish or buff.

For nail structure, the Structure Gel Overlay begins with an e-file manicure and is designed to be maintained every three to four weeks. The studio describes the overlay as offering strength and durability. Gel removal can be paired with a traditional manicure or a classic pedicure, and simple gel nail art is available with chrome powder, foils, ink or stamping.

Toenail care is a particular focus. The Onyfix band is offered for ingrown toenails and is best added to a steam pedicure, and the studio describes the system as pain-free and non-surgical. Toe Restoration Treatment is a temporary cosmetic option for unsightly toenails, priced per nail.

Packages combine services at a saving of $5 to $21, and the discount applies automatically at checkout when a client books the included services as usual. The studio notes that all of its nail products are vegan friendly.

Policies to know before booking: a deposit is required for certain services and for all first-time clients, and deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest, though they are credited toward the balance. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations, and there is a 10-minute grace period after which the appointment is cancelled and charged. Extra guests such as friends, spouses or children are not permitted because of space and privacy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Acrylic and dip removal are not offered, and a fee applies to remove another salon's Gel-X extensions. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or a custom amount, and are final sale.

The studio focuses on natural-looking nail work and toenail care, using vegan friendly nail products and offering waterless and no-soak options alongside more traditional services.
