Hair is included in the price for all knotless and boho services. Boho styles use Deep Wave human hair bundles, with one bundle per style, and come only in natural shades: #1, #1b, #2 and #4. Customizations on knotless services are handled through add-ons.

Boho Bob styles need hair shorter than shoulder length to book, and longer hair can be accommodated with a long-bob add-on. Returning clients can book touch-ups, including a boho touch-up; oils and conditioners should be avoided beforehand, and hair is still washed and blow dried. Take-downs are for clients removing their own braids. Hair is combed through to clear build-up and is not washed afterward.

For people who want to braid professionally, the business offers a two-day Foundations for Knotless Braids class designed for beginners. Registration is $699 plus tax, with a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold a seat. The class covers parting, time management, business and marketing tips, and how to prepare both the client and the station. Enrollment includes a certificate of completion, a starter kit, a pro manual, hands-on training, lifetime access to the online edition, membership in a private braider community and light refreshments. In-person braiding classes are also offered, along with a free guide on building a braid business.
