Locking work starts with a consultation that covers a client's hair care history, styling preferences and the look they want. Sisterlocks and Interlocks establishments are booked as a three-part package: consultation, establishment and a first retight. Establishment packages include a welcome kit with a starter shampoo, bands, care tips and a microfiber towel. The salon does not offer lock extensions.

Outside of locs, the salon offers loose hair services such as silk press, twists, wash and go, cuts, trims, weaves and sets, along with color work that ranges from single and double process to highlights, balayage, glazes and color correction. Nail services are limited to basic and gel manicures and pedicures, and cuticles are not cut. Waxing covers the brows, chin, lip, sideburns and full face.
