By 2020 it had expanded into a group of hand-picked stylists and makeup artists who each work for themselves, all operating under the one studio name.

Booking starts with an inquiry form and an info guide, followed by an optional phone call. To reserve a date, clients sign a contract and pay a $300 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer. A preview consultation at the studio is required before a wedding, and previews are not held on weekends except during the off season. Weddings are usually booked nine to twelve months ahead, with peak season running April through October. Inquiries receive a reply within 48 hours, though weekend replies can take longer during wedding season. Bridal work includes bride hair and makeup with a touch-up kit, bridal party hair or makeup for anyone over age 12, flower girl styling, and a studio preview. The team travels to getting-ready locations in Kansas City, Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas. If a venue is unavailable, wedding parties can get ready at the studio in the Weston, Platte City and Dearborn area. Destination weddings are also offered, with the client covering the day rate, travel fees and accommodations.

Special event work covers engagement, family, maternity and boudoir photo sessions, proms, New Year's Eve and other special dates, along with commercial work and boudoir sessions. Makeup lessons are available one-on-one or in groups, alongside personal shopping trips. Lesson types include a makeup bag makeover, personal shopping, and a program for young girls, with lessons starting at $150.

Brides take part in building their bridal look through discovery questions, active listening and collaboration. The aim is a fresh, soft, naturally elevated style that highlights each client's natural beauty and enhances her best features.
