Manicures and pedicures are performed dry, which the business says reduces the germs and bacteria associated with water-based services. Clients are taught how to care for their hands and feet at home, and home care products are recommended to use between visits. Clients can send photos ahead of time, or book a virtual consultation to have nail health assessed.

Tools are cleaned through a three-step process and sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave. The business says this goes beyond Maryland requirements, since Maryland does not require autoclaves. Nail brushes and files that cannot be disinfected are discarded after each client, and all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between clients. The business says autoclaving is the only process it considers guaranteed to kill spores.

Oncology clients can book a private suite or the whole salon. Each suite is disinfected before the visit and has a Molekule air purifier running around the clock, with a choice of TV, music or no sound. An Oncology Pre-Service Consultation with an oncology-trained manicurist is available before treatment.

Appointments are booked online through the business's Vagaro page or by calling 301-219-8710. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required for every appointment and is applied to the balance at the end of the session. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; arriving later shortens the service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and rescheduled with the full price charged. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice for the deposit to carry to a future appointment; otherwise the full price plus a 20% tip charge applies. No refunds are offered on services, but a nail concern can be checked free if the client gets in touch within three days of the service.
