The lash menu centers on hybrid and wispy styles. Classic sets are no longer offered. For a natural result, the business recommends a hybrid set with a light look. Options include Natural Hybrid, Wispy Hybrid and Wispy Volume sets, along with refills and a one-hour touch-up appointment.

Facials are offered as a custom treatment, with a $25 deposit to book. Lash removal costs $20 and must be requested in advance, though the business only removes lashes applied at its own studio.

The business also offers The Lash Institute Course, priced from $600. The founder created the Five Factor Hair & Scalp Elixir, a conditioning hair and scalp product, as the first product of the business.
