Natural Permanent Makeup is a Bellevue studio run by its owner and artist, Nataly, and focuses on permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyes. Treatments are done by appointment, with the studio open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Each treatment begins with a consultation. For powder brows, a session runs 1.5 to 2 hours and covers consultation, brow mapping and color selection. A full lip blush appointment takes 2 to 2.5 hours and includes consultation, shape design and color selection. Eyeliner sessions run 1 to 1.5 hours. Standard treatments usually need two sessions, and complex cases may need a third.

The studio uses superficial pigment implantation, which works within the upper layers of the skin, and performs procedures under strict sterile standards. Pigments are professional-grade and hypoallergenic, chosen for stability and predictable fading, and disposable materials are used throughout. The studio says its superficial techniques reduce the risk of the blue or gray color shifts associated with tattoo-style procedures. Healing usually takes about 5 to 7 days for brows and eyeliner and 3 to 5 days for lips, and clients are asked not to pick or remove peeling skin, since this can affect pigment retention. Returning clients receive preferred pricing on maintenance touch-ups, which are recommended every 2 to 3 years for brows and eyeliner and every 12 to 24 months for lip blush.
