The studio works from a private suite in West Covina. Its main work is structured gel manicures, with attention to keeping natural nails in good condition.

Structured gel manicures begin with dry e-file preparation, cuticle refinement and nail shaping, then a soft or hard gel overlay. Short, medium and long lengths are priced separately. The studio says manicures typically last three weeks or more with proper aftercare. The Executive Manicure includes e-file cuticle work, gentle buffing around the fingers and buffing of the nails, and the Russian Dry Pedicure is a waterless service with e-file cuticle work and gel polish.

The studio describes its appointments as personalized and unrushed, and says its sanitation standards are the highest. Nail art is quoted after a client sends an inspiration photo, and designs, French tips and isolated chrome are priced that way. Repairs, chrome and cat-eye finishes are available as add-ons.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Executive Manicure requires a $35 deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice carry no fee, a 30% fee applies within 24 hours, and no-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are charged the full service total. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Removal of the studio's own work is included with the follow-up appointment. Removal of soft or hard gel applied elsewhere is an add-on priced by product, thickness and time. Acrylic and Gel-X removals are not offered. Services are cosmetic only, and the studio does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or work on areas with suspected infection, open wounds, cuts, sores, active bleeding or significant inflammation.
