About

Natural Kneads Wellness Spa has been in Yukon since 2013. The studio is set up as a clean, quiet space, and the Mustang Road location does not include a shower.

The spa describes its goal as caring for each client's health and well-being through individualized treatment plans. Its team is built around knowledge, regular ongoing treatments and keeping up with current methods. The spa says it takes a mind-body approach and claims clients can see real results from it.

Massage therapy is offered Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday visits, and weekday visits after 5 p.m., are by appointment only. Prices are based on a one-hour session, and longer sessions are priced through a consultation with the therapist. Monthly specials can change prices. Complimentary bottled water is provided, and the facility is handicap-accessible. On slow days the spa may close early, and clients with an emergency can call or text to ask for urgent help.

Beyond massage, the menu includes body treatments built around a sugar scrub or a body wrap, detox body wraps, detox foot baths, and manual lymph drainage. Consultations are available for clients who want to talk through their wellness questions and which therapy might suit them. The spa's massage page says massage may help with low-back pain, muscle spasms, migraine pain, circulation and stress, among other concerns.

Treatments are holistic, with attention to preventative health as well as easing aches and pains.

A clean, relaxing studio.
