The salon's booking rules are straightforward. Cancelling or rescheduling on the day of an appointment carries a $25 fee, and a $50 fee applies to a no-show, while 24 hours' notice avoids the charge. Style choices can be changed after booking if given advance notice so enough time can be reserved. Clients who cannot find a suitable slot can join an online waitlist and then call or text to book. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 or a custom amount, and sales are final.
The portfolio shows braids, twists, petal buns, mohawks, micro locs, starter locs, loc sprinkles and custom color. A loc comb-out is a long session, starting at $600 and running 600 minutes or more; clients may bring snacks or entertainment.
