The studio focuses on healthy natural hair, microlocs and sisterlocks, and client education. Rather than applying one standard method, it customizes its interlocking to each client, and the studio describes its interlocking as tension-free.

A first visit is usually a consultation lasting 45 to 60 minutes. It includes a scalp and curl density assessment and a test installation of a few locs. Clients comparing locs with other natural hair options can book starter guidance, and clients coming from another loctician or maintaining their own locs can book a transfer assessment. Full installation is usually split across two to three days of sessions.

Between appointments, maintenance and retightening are scheduled every four to six weeks. Repair and restoration is available for locs that are weak, thinning, damaged, or detached, and new growth maintenance is offered for locs as they grow out. Natural hair and locs care guidance covers cleansing, moisturizing, and day-to-day upkeep.

Booking requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Hair should be washed and dried no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean an incomplete service, rescheduling, and fees. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, a no-show requires payment of the full service price to rebook, and a last-minute cancellation carries a $50 fee. Clients with signs of illness are asked to contact the studio to reschedule. The remaining balance can be paid by Zelle or cash.
