Natural Features Studio was created by Nikki Baron around a personal philosophy centered on community, human connection, and the idea that each person is unique in the way nature makes them. The main facial is the Sculptural Facial, a 60-minute treatment at $200 built around NeoLifting, a manual technique for lifting and contouring the facial muscles. It includes cleansing, lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting massage, an optional gentle intra-oral buccal massage, and massage for the shoulders, neck and scalp. The Signature Facial ($240, 1 hour 15 minutes) is a customized sculptural treatment that layers deep cleansing, enzyme therapy, lymphatic drainage, sculpting massage and nanoinfusion, and is suited to clients looking for smoother texture, clearer skin, deeper hydration and a fresher complexion. The Sculptural Facial is also offered as an In-Residence service, a one-hour private facial given at the client's home, which requires an intake form and agreement to a service acknowledgement when booking and is confirmed by text.
Concierge appointments take place at the client's home and include travel, setup and breakdown. Travel fees start at $50 across Metro Detroit and vary by location. The studio also offers on-site facial sculpting for gatherings such as retreats, birthdays and book clubs, arranged by inquiry. The studio suggests sculptural facials and dermaplaning as options before weddings, photoshoots and other events.
Facial work here takes a gentler route than aggressive correction or injectables, aiming for a more natural look. Treatments use natural, clean and botanical products.
