The salon presents itself as a wellness-minded retreat, and it says self-care is a regular need and that regular spa visits support health and well-being. Its services are grouped into body treatments, facials, waxing, nails, hair, and membership plans, and it also offers spa parties and gift cards.

About

Facial care is a large part of the menu. Signature Oasis Facial is a 50-minute organic facial with a neck and shoulder massage, and it is included with membership. Glow HydroDiamond Facial is a 65-minute treatment with diamond-tip exfoliation, extractions, ultrasonic cleansing and sculpting technology. Microdermabrasion Trio Facial combines microdermabrasion, a skin scrubber and ultrasonic frequency. PCA facials, a Vitamin C oxygen facial and a dermaplaning treatment round out the facial options, and a set of enhancements such as LED light therapy, hyaluronic acid oxygen infusion and high frequency can be added. The Nano Infusion Treatment is a 50-minute, no-downtime facial that uses a single-use device to create micro-permeations in the outer layer of skin. The salon says a clinical study linked it to up to 50% greater product absorption.

PCA chemical peels are offered as a single peel, in packages of 3 or 6, or as an initial consultation and treatment. A single peel is only booked after that consultation. Packages can include a neck and decollete add-on, and members of peel packages receive product discounts and a discount on massages and facials between peels. Spa packages run from about 1.5 to 3.5 hours and combine treatments such as hydrotherapy, aromatherapy massage, facials and a Davines blowout.

Massage choices here include the Signature Elemental Aromatherapy service, a deep tissue option, and sessions with hot stones or Himalayan salt stones. Prenatal massage is performed lying on the side and is offered during the second and third trimesters. Couples sessions take place in dedicated couples rooms, with bookings of 50 to 80 minutes. Add-ons include a steam room with rain shower, scalp massage, and paraffin treatment.

Policies: a credit card secures each booking, and at least 24 hours' notice is asked for cancellations or changes. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, rescheduling can carry a $25 fee, and no-shows are charged the full service value. Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early. The standard minimum age is 18, and guests aged 16 or 17 may book facial, nail and hair services when accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 25. A 20% gratuity is added to spa packages at purchase, and gratuities of about 20% to 25% are described as customary for other services. Gift cards keep their value for five years from purchase.

The salon describes its work as combining beauty with wellness, sustainability and expert care, and it says it selects its skin and body care products carefully for each treatment.
