Natural Aesthetic + Wellness was founded in 2023 by Kiana Gamble, who owns the practice and performs its injectable treatments. The Coeur d'Alene office came first, and a Scottsdale, Arizona location opened afterward. The business says it intentionally limits how many patients it accepts so each visit can get proper attention.

Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation before any treatment, and returns for one each year. The business says its consultation runs at least 90 minutes, longer than the 15 to 30 minutes it describes as typical at many medical spas. The visit includes a Visia Skin Analysis that estimates skin age, followed by a personalized 12-month Treatment Road Map and a customized skincare regimen. A longer 2-hour version adds the PRX package.

Treatments are designed with comfort in mind. Options available during treatment include ProNox 50/50 nitrous oxide and oxygen, numbing cream and injections, vibration, distraction techniques and ice. Essential aftercare is included automatically with each treatment. Consultation packages come with a curated natural skincare box of full-size products.

Policies to know before booking: cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, and missed appointments, carry a $200 cancellation fee. A credit card must be kept on file for every patient. Clients who join the Confidence Club receive news about new products and services, referral perks, special packages, promotional pricing and club-only events.

The Scottsdale location at 15323 N Scottsdale Rd is open by appointment only, seven days a week from 8am to 7pm. The Coeur d'Alene location is at 2065 West Riverstone Drive. Kiana Gamble is available by appointment for both areas.
